Senior Business Analyst | Dublin | Hybrid | Permanent
Hiring on behalf of a well-established financial services organisation currently delivering a significant multi-year transformation programme.
Responsibilities
- Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements, ensuring clarity, traceability, and alignment with transformation outcomes
- Manage detailed functional and non-functional specifications reflecting real business needs
- Collaborate with SMEs to define target-state processes, data needs, and user journeys
- Own UAT strategies, test plans, and test scripts; coordinate end-to-end UAT including defect management and business sign-off
- Support deployment planning including cutover coordination, business communications, and readiness checkpoints
- Act as primary liaison between transformation teams and business areas
- Facilitate workshops, playback sessions, and requirement walkthroughs
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, enhance CX/UX, and standardise ways of working
- Contribute to business cases, options assessments, and impact assessments
Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in a Business Analysis or change management role
- Proven background in transformation programmes within a regulated or financial services environment
- Practical knowledge of CRM, workflow, automation, and enterprise platforms — Salesforce experience advantageous
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Comfortable influencing leadership, not just communicating findings
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation best practices
